We hired DL construction & Renovation Corp for building a deck. Our project is smaller than the other one, he checked with the other owner, and got consent to do ours first. He and his crew worked on Saturdays to get our deck done quickly and timely. A good hard working team - rare find, highly recommended.

I have a very good experience with this contractor. I need to add a shower to my 1/2 bathroom for a rental property. However, the previous licensed contractor did not pull a permit and messed up my underground plumbing pipes and damaged my foundation. I had to fire him and hire an engineer to make a repair plan and a plumber to re-do the plumbing. I had to file a complaint case to the State contractor's board against my previous builder. I got David from DL Construction through googling. David worked with the city inspector, my engineer as well as my plumber. He worked in my property without my supervision He used quality material and worked with me also. He was doing above and beyond my expectation. I'm extremely happy with his job.

Dave is a great contractor, he's very professional, high quality work. He's reliable. He's done two bathrooms, my kitchen and tiled my dining and living room. I highly recommend DL Construct ion.

Dave and his team are fantastic!! He did a complete bathroom remodel. A Total tear out and new install of tile floor, tile shower/plumbing , custom cabinet and recessed lighting . He is on the job daily and does beautiful work. His estimate is very profession with a signed contract. His pricing is very competitive, and the work quality is excellent. He is so helpful and easy to work with if you want a change or to add something. I delayed the job because I ordered material late, and Dave always worked around it for me. Can’t say enough good about DL construction!!!

Quality workmanship professional honest experts. My remodel was major work. Work is absolutely beautiful. Very dependable to start and complete in a reasonable timeframe. There was no rushing or a sloppy job done. Very conscientious easy to work with. A company you can trust and rely on to do an outstanding job. If I ever need anything else I would not hesitate to call them again
